The Coach Initiative holds the value that professional Coaching has the ability to increase both personal and professional effectiveness, contentment and success of committed clients ("coachees").

The Coach Initiative stands for the fundamental belief that every professional Coach holds the intention to positively change the world one person at a time, and that by doing so in unison with their colleagues, can effectuate that change at an exponential rate.

Mission:

To be the central gathering point where professional Coaches can volunteer their experience and expertise in support of global projects that focus on the betterment of the human condition and uplifting the human spirit.

Purpose:

To foster and facilitate the recruitment and deployment of professional coaches willing to provide pro-bono coaching services to and via non-profit, charitable organizations.

To facilitate the pairing of professional Coaches with leaders in non-profit, charitable organizations who will provide leadership, business and life Coaching in order to increase the effectiveness of that leadership (Executive Directors, Board Members, Administrative Leaders, etc).

To facilitate the pairing of professional Coaches with those who receive services provided through non-profit organizations in order to support their forward progress toward a better life.

To increase visibility and public education of professional Coaching by documenting and spotlighting the effectiveness of Coaching through these initiatives.

To foster and facilitate additional initiatives that support the mission of the Coach Initiative.
