Welcome to The Coach Initiative Application Process!

The purpose of The Coach Initiative is to increase the effectiveness of non-profit organizations through pro bono professional Coaching. We pair professional coaches with non-profit organizations to provide leadership, business and life Coaching services.

It’s a simple form that will take about five minutes to complete. Your information helps us match coaches with leaders and individuals, evaluate the work of The Coach Initiative, and make adjustments along the way to make The Coach Initiative even more effective.

The Coach Initiative (TCI) offers a pro bono coach referral service. This is free to the non-profit organizations, the leaders, and individuals who participate. TCI services are offered to assist non-profit organizations by identifying professional coaches and pairing individuals with professional coaches who have volunteered their time to provide pro bono coaching.

The qualifications of TCI coaches are collected and documented. However this information is not monitored by TCI in any way. Individuals utilizing this service are urged to take reasonable steps to verify the qualifications of any potential coach.

By utilizing the TCI Pro Bono Coaching Service, you agree to hold TCI harmless from any and all claims which may arise as a result of your using the information provided.
